"I came here after our transaction thinking there would be a few 5 star reviews. Not really surprised there are 100s. We worked with Max Grider (the next generation of super agents at this firm - but it’s clear commercial real estate runs in their DNA) and he delivered. We are not the easiest clients and he was patient. He understood the personalities and took his time to make sure the transaction closed but kept the train on the rails moving forward quickly and according to schedule. In the end we got exactly what we hoped for and he always had our back. Very smart, very good, very patient, and as a result I highly highly recommend him personally and this entire team. I’ve sold residential properties and commercial properties in several states and Max is more than you can ask for in an agent and delivers at every step. He is detail oriented but also sees the 20k foot view at all times which is a rare quality these days. I 100% recommend him and I’ll use him for any future transactions in Idaho.
