Haha Brooke Clements was easy to communicate with and very prompt to respond. Ashley Byington was awesome as well helping with getting it listed. Morgan Peterson with just helping anyway he could to make it go smooth and checking up and seeing how it was going. These guys know how to market a house! Super quick and saved me money which most don’t think that happens but they saved me a good amount with letting them do the work they do day in and day out. I feel like it's common knowledge just how good this team is. I was first introduced to Jason Grider a few years ago, when I was first looking for a home. Our paths crossed again this past Winter when is was time to put on home on the market. The overall selling process was quite well (We were under contract in under 24 hours), however we ran into some more difficult situations while working on some requests from the buyer.
