Bryce Belnap
Bryce Belnap dabbled in Real Estate since 2005 and finally is where he belongs as of early 2020. He learned lending on the wholesale side and retail side at internships in college. He loves helping people and talking about investments. He currently lives in Idaho Falls with his wife and 5 kids (yes 5 and all with the same incredible women). They are both originally from Montana and since marrying have lived in California, Boise ID, Nampa ID, Twin Falls ID, and currently Idaho Falls area (Ammon). When he isn't working, he and his family like exploring the great outdoors (especially hiking). Bryce specialized in residential sales and rentals.
